Dr. Jonathan Roe

I joined Quenched because I love the mission, believe in the leadership team, and admire how the organization gets things done. With experience working with Christian nonprofits across the country, I bring a passion for helping ministries thrive and supporting leaders as they grow in their God-given callings.

In my role, I focus on strategic thinking, building strong and sustainable organizations, and motivating teams to achieve their goals. I care deeply about people, always prioritizing relationships over programs and projects. 

While I’m serious about making an impact, I also enjoy a bit of fun—whether it’s Crossfitting, recalling my days as a certified horseback rider, or dreaming of doing stand-up comedy someday!

My greatest joy is my family, including my incredible children and our 3-year-old grandson, who lights up our lives. I’m grateful for every opportunity to use my skills to bring lost people to Christ and support the work God is doing through Quenched.
