Here’s how we do it:
Drill Clean Water Wells
Local pastors identify needy communities and hire local workers to dig clean water wells
Share the Gospel
Once a well is completed, we invite everyone in the community to a dedication where we share the story of Jesus and his love for them
Discipleship Training
As people make decisions to follow Jesus, our local pastor partners follow-up with each person, and guide them as they grow in their faith so that they can share the Gospel with family and friends

Alopi and Samjhana live together with 5 other family members. Several times everyday, they would walk about a half mile to the nearest river to get water. Alopi is a fisherman and it would have taken them years to save money for a well. A friend connected them to one of our local pastors and we were able to drill a well on their land.

Ramu lives with his wife, 10 year old son and 15 year old daughter. They had been going to a nearby river to get water. They also got water from their neighbor’s well, but the water wasn’t good. According to Ramu, the Nepal government had tested it and said that it contained arsenic. A clean water well in their area is very expensive because of the hard mountain stone. Quenched was able to build an artesian well on their land. Ramu and his family share the clean water with the other people in the village.

Mahesh Joshi built a school 10 years ago, but could not afford to put in a clean water well. His students either brought water to school with them or they went to a neighbor’s well. However, the neighbor didn’t like the students getting water from their well. One of his friends suggested he talk to one of Quenched’s local pastor partners. Maresh applied for the well and was accepted.
